the story behind the scribble

you don't have to figure it all out today

The Mind Support Club started with a simple realization: standard mental wellness advice often feels too distant, too clinical, or too loud.

When your brain is spinning at a million miles an hour, you don't always need a massive life transformation plan. Sometimes you just need a small, grounded space to write down a bad thought, take a slow breath, and be reminded that having a messy head is a completely normal human experience.

Our squiggly-headed mascot represents that shared mental noise. It isn't about fixing yourself or pretending to be perfect—it's about learning to sit with your thoughts, reframe them, and offer yourself a little bit of grace.
